ATD Catalogs ("THE RED BOOK OF THE TOY INDUSTRY") appears to have been a toy wholesaler that allowed smaller retailers to purchase quantities of toys from most toy retailers at discount prices. Pretty much all of the manufacturers from the late 60's are represented in this catalog with a section of Mattel toys, including two entries of Major Matt Mason.
