From Mattel's 1966-1972 "Man In Space" toy line, Stock No. 6332 - Jeff Long Pak. Major Matt in 1966 was the first of the four MMM figures - Sgt. Storm followed in 1967, Doug Davis in 1968, and Lt. Jeff Long was the last figure released, in 1969.
My Take:
Nice condition card - a bit of a bend at the top but about as good as these get. I'm actually surprised this didn't sell for more.

My Take:
This German example sold pretty close to the price of the Flight Card that sold on 2024.01.18. I believe all of these nice carded examples are coming from the same seller - I'm guessing he's liquidating his MMM collection or at least selling extras.

Description:
Large Rare MMM item measuring 18x18x6 inches. Displays very well but is not perfect. Box has water damage as shown. A couple graphic panels have been replaced where tape had removed color and graphics (purple one on front and a blue side piece with B&M glider). Cardboard insert not original and was created based upon an original. Glider has the riveted cockpit cover and is in excellent condition with very little play wear. Glider has new decals applied. Some tape glue residue remains upon the black TALKING letters on front and was reprinted using a Sharpie pen to hide residue. The talking backpack has the usual garbled speech. Matt in very good condition with no paint loss. Attached at base with Velcro so is removable and can be repositioned if you prefer a side view. Please view photos carefully to determine if condition is acceptable to you before bidding. Questions are welcomed. Could be sold without glider if that’s what interests you. Thanks for your interest.
My Take:
Someone came in at the last minute and threw in a bid I believe, buying this for the opening bid price. It's a fairly rare set to acquire, not many show up in the Auctions. Also they often have torn windows with some of the cardboard missing. I kinda like the custom inserts which approximate what the set originally had. The glider is in exceptional condition - usually the riveted canopies are broken (the shrank a bit over time so they end up splitting if left inserted into the slots).

Havnt cleaned it. Found in attic. Family found it years ago. Supposedly they bought ut for Christmas and forgot to give it to there kid. I did noticed some old tape residue. But looks to be under plastic. Little rubber piece that holds head in place it there but broke. Otherwise a awesome mint in package 1967 toy. Be double boxed and insured. So 40.00 to ship.

While the box itself is somewhat common, finding an unused OSS (Old Store Stock) example is fairly rare - I've only seen a handful in this condition.

Very Rare individually boxed figure, unused in original window box. The box is good with some wear and the plastic film window has sustained damage as pictured. The glue seam on the back of the box has partially come away too.
Still a great looking example of this very rare item.
My Take:
This box variation is pretty rare but I believe this is the highest prices I've seen one sale for. Note that it appears that someone purchased this cheap in an earlier auction (see below) and relisted with a better title to get this price.
