CIPSA Art. 4970 Selenium

Selenium Box Front

I don't know much about this vehicle, other than that it exists and that it was produced as part of the Capitán Meteoro line in South America. I originally thought from the descriptions my Mexican friends had given me, that this vehicle was the Star Seeker. Now I know it to be a Bump-and-Go vehicle that suspends a small ping pong-like ball above compressed air.
