I don't know much about the retailer - I don't believe it's related to the Lionel Playworld chain, the ad reads more like a local store or regional chain. It was published in the San Antonio Express on June 20, 1969 and features the Major Matt Mason Space Station, Cat Trac figure, Callisto and Capt. Lazer. It also indicates a visit from "Mattel's own astronauts" - I know that Mattel Astronaut attendants appeared at mall locations elsewhere in Texas dressed up in jumpsuits so it may have been something similar going on here including toy demonstrations.
