Montgomery Wards 1967 Christmas Catalog Cover

MMM made his debut in this catalog for Wards in 1967, but he was forced to share the page with a Johnny Astro Space Center (Topper Toys).  Only the most basic of MMM sets was offered:  MMM on Flight Card, Space Station, Space Crawler and the Space Station Space Crawler Deluxe Action Set.  I like the motion lines drawn behind Matt on his sled. The image has a retouched photo quality to it.
