This was the back cover to a comic book type magazine called "Walt Disney's Kalle Anka & Co." published in Sweden in late 1970 (see below). There's been very little evidence that Major Matt Mason was available in Sweden so I was happy to find this.

It's Swedish (the coupon has addresses in Malmö). And from late 1970 because it's offering a 1971 calendar to be ordered before 5 December.

A quick google tells me "Kalle Anka" is the local Donald Duck Disney magazine (Kalle is a common scandinavian boy's name and anka means duck) going strong since 1948.

I'm surprised to see the Brio name associated with Mattel toys, where it would seem they distributed them. Brio still exist and are very well known for their not-quite-as-simple-as-they-look wooden train sets. But having just seen some more issues of that magazine, they apparently also distributed Airfix kits from Britain and Märklin trains and slotrace sets from Germany. Big names one and all.

If I had to guess I'd say your page would be from issue nr 44 by process of elimination. 52 issues for a year and the December issues are out so I'd be looking for something between 40 at the earliest and 48 as the last possible one. Nr 44 is the only one I haven't managed to see a back page for, the others in that range have other adverts.
