Published in issues of Tin-Tin comic magazine (in French) and Kuifje magazine (the same magazine in Dutch), these half-page adverts offer the
same set of moon photographs that had been offered in the UK in July 1969.
Tin-Tin magazine is published in Belgium but also sold in France and Switzerland while Kuifje is also sold in the Netherlands, so boys in those countries could also take part.
These ads are signed by Intermarco-Publicem, an advertising agency in Brussels at the time which will have used the same artwork Mattel made available to other local agencies.
The text is largely the same in each language, and translates as follows:

Do you want to receive for free the exclusive photos of the moon, taken by Apollo?
Buy one of the sensational space toys by Mattel.
Cut out the illustration of Major Matt Mason from the packaging.
Send this, with the coupon here, to Major Matt Mason, 371 chaussée Saint-Pierre, Brussels 4.
Hurry to benefit from this offer, the number of photos is limited.
