My Take: 
Another international auction - makes me wonder if the Flight Card that sold in the same auction in July was from the same seller. This "Astronaut" window-boxes are very rare in the US - being offered, as far as I know, only at the Space Centers (like Johnson and Cape Kennedy). It seems that many of the leftovers ended up in the UK shortly after MMM's popularity waned in the US.
