Dominion were a chain of department stores in Canada, where this advert is from the store in the Galeries Bonaventure mall at the larger Place Bonaventure complex in Montréal, Québec, fully completed in 1968.  They would publish ads for the various tenant stores - in this case Dominion Playworld had a few toys on one sextant of the ad.
