During 1970 Mattel included this ad circular in various US newspapers (an example is the 1970.11.15 Courier Express). The image above is taken from the November 15, 1970
Atlanta Journal. I know that the same circular was also included in the Dallas Times Herald for the same date - seems that's the date to search. The interior has a 1/3rd-page color strip featuring
