This is a pretty interesting full-color catalog set horizontally with the title "Santa's TOY Shop" - Rhodes was a small department store chain from Tacoma WA that opened an anchor store with Sears in Phoenix AZ. This ad is mostly the usual mix of era toys, nicely photographed and features Major Matt Mason on page 15 right about a Billy Blastoff "Robbie Robot" set.
